The Rooms were delighted to host a series of small meetings and a Gala Dinner hosted by His Royal Highness Prince Edward representing The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. A stunning dinner was served within the Members' Dining Room with a host of guests enjoying a mouth-watering five course dinner. Guests enjoyed a number of dishes including, a parmesan panna cotta served with parmesan crisps, poached salmon served with cucumber infused with oyster ceviche and oyster mayonnaise, and a ewe's milk yoghurt, pine nut and soft herb granite. To finish, our guests were served textures of rhubarb, ginger ice cream, apple purée, stem ginger macaroon and vanilla cream.
