Club Member Without Account
If you already are a member of the Jockey Club Rooms but you do not yet have access to this website, please follow the below instructions to gain access to the member section of this website.
1) Look for Welcome Email
Members should have received a welcome email with a link to set their password. The email subject is "Welcome to The Jockey Club Rooms Website" from "enquiries@jockeyclubrooms.co.uk". If this can't be found please try step 2.
2) Try Resetting Password
Visit the below page and enter your email address and click "Send Reset Link". If the email entered matches the email we have on record for your membership, you will receive an email with a link to set your password. If you do not receive a email please continue with step 3.
3) Contact Us
If the previous steps failed for you, it may mean we do not have your correct email address in our system, or there was an issue with delivering the email to you. In this case please contact us. Our team will set up your account. For security reasons you may be asked to verify that you are a Club Member.
