The Jockey Club Rooms offers a highly prestigious venue for all corporate events including meetings, seminars, AGMs, and more. We offer a range of different options suitable for your business including breakfast and lunch meetings, half and fully day meetings, 24 hours meetings supported by our 21 bedrooms, as well as excellent rates for mid-week meetings. We are also suitable for board dinners, presentations, seminars, and team-building days.

First Class Facilities

Not only is The Jockey Club Rooms a stunning location for corporate events, we also have first-class facilities. Our excellent facilities include free WiFi, catering and dining opportunities, plus private and secure parking for up to 140 cars. We are located within 2.5 hours of London and just 15 minutes from Cambridge. We have also been accredited as AIM secure, highlighting our professional approach to meetings and events.

Corporate Suite of Rooms

Our venue offers a wide range of opportunities and locations within to host your corporate event within our five reception and hosting rooms. Our team will work closely with you to ensure the best choice for your needs and requirements. The committee room features a 75″ Plasma Screen, discreetly hidden behind an equestrian masterpiece, as well as a built-in P/A system. In The Coffee Room, there is an ISDN line, conference telephone call point, electronic blackout blinds, curtains, and shutters, as well as a built-in P/A system. The Jockey Club Rooms also have a variety of features to ensure a comfortable environment including air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The Jockey Club Rooms has been a popular location for film and photography shoots, from fashion through to automobiles. Our historic location is an experience of unique beauty with a variety of dining, meeting, and loung areas, walled garden and grounds, and our historic and elegant interiors.
