Guests experience five-star service and delicious dining from our kitchen brigade and team of stewards who have been serving members of The Jockey Club regularly for many years. Our Chefs favour the classic style of cooking, which is very much what they produce for the Club’s own members, but they also enjoy introducing a contemporary edge when creating menus for private parties and weddings. Our fishmonger sources the famous Cromer crab for a host of dishes, whilst our butcher provides succulent Braxted Lamb, local, traditionally reared Dedham Vale Beef and the ever popular Dingley Dell Pork. Our passion is in sourcing produce and ingredients from local businesses to support the region’s growers and producers.
